HNCC Placement Cell:

The placement cell at HNCC acts as an interface between academia and industry by helping the students to improve their employability through systematic exposure to business organizations. The placement cell is active in providing maximum assistance for appropriate placement for summer training and the career launch of students. It has a dedicated full-time placement officer who contacts various organizations to visit colleges for conducting campus drives and select them for management cadre requirements.
The Cell’s primary objective is to provide training and placements to college students: organized activities take place throughout the academic year both in the college and the local area. Students are led to take the initiative to develop their attitude in the workplace, soft skills and are given the opportunity to develop technical skills alongside analytical capabilities. The Training and Placement Cell aims to expose students to the nature of the corporate world therefore providing insight to their future professional careers.

Placement Process:

Rules and Regulation for Placement Cell (Students eligibility for final Placement)

Students appearing in MBA – II year.
Students scored first class in last 3 semester(Avg.%) with no backlogs (for A grade company)
At least 75% attendance is must for regular classes and placement activities
Everyday students must check their e-mails/SMS regarding Placements.
Students must read carefully, the job opportunity provided by placement cell.
Students must register their name for the interested company before the deadline.
Students must attend the interview with dress code.
Students have to register their name in the stipulated time; later they will not be entertained.
Students shall report at scheduled time at the given place of interview.
Students once registered, it is mandatory to attend the interview..
Students should share the experience after interview with placement officer.
Those students who get selected through campus it is mandatory to join that organization; otherwise they will be debarred by placement process.
Students once get selected through Campus; will not allow to participating in future placement opportunities.
Students should follow laid down procedure and instruction of Placement Cell, while attending the interviews, otherwise they get debarred from placement process/ may be rusticated from
